Google Meet
Users can join pre-scheduled meetings from calendar events, select a link, enter the meeting code, and even dial in using their phones if the invitation contains a phone number. Google Meet works with the G Suite versions of Google Calendar and Gmail to display a comprehensive list of attendees and booked meetings. It displays a "join" button for people to join the meeting, as well as mute and switch off the video during the conference.
- Meetings are encrypted in transport, and our suite of security features is constantly updated for further protection.
- Hold huge meetings - invite up to 250 people to a meeting, whether they're from the same team or from outside your company.
- Participate in meetings without disrupting them by using Q&A, polls, and hand raises.
- Accessible from any device – share a link and invite team colleagues to join your talks with a single click from a web browser or the Google Meet mobile app.
- Present papers, slides, and more during your conference call by sharing your screen.
- Keep up with the action with live, real-time captioning powered by Google's speech-to-text technology.
